At a time when complexity often overwhelms, our mission is to bring clarity, connection, and confidence to leaders and teams so they can create outcomes that matter

// ABOUT

Goo Collective is an independent consultancy working at the intersection of leadership, performance, and the built environment. We operate across project delivery, commercial advisory, and organisational performance, supporting clients navigating complexity, change, and growth.

Founded on global experience spanning Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific, the Collective brings together senior practitioners with deep expertise across design, construction, real estate, and executive leadership.

Our work ranges from discreet advisory roles through to hands-on delivery on high-value, high-stakes projects in both the private and public sectors.

Our approach is grounded in dialogue. We believe progress happens when the right conversations are created - between clients and consultants, strategy and execution, ambition and reality. We work relationally, taking the time to understand context, constraints, and intent before shaping clear, pragmatic paths forward.

Rather than imposing frameworks, we listen for what is unspoken, identify where momentum is lost, and help teams reconnect intent with action. This allows us to operate effectively across scale - from boardroom decisions and commercial strategy to project governance, programme leadership, and delivery on the ground.

Our Collective is deliberately small, highly experienced, and deeply engaged. We value clarity over noise, judgement over volume, and outcomes that endure beyond the moment of delivery.

// COLLECTIVE

Goo Collective is an independent advisory practice operating across design, construction, real estate, strategy, and performance. We bring together senior specialists with global experience, united by a shared way of thinking, working, and taking responsibility for outcomes.

Our insight is shaped by delivery - by decisions made in complex environments where clarity, judgement, and accountability matter.

Rather than offering predefined services, we assemble expertise around the challenge itself. This allows us to apply the right insight at the right moment - commercial, technical, or human - and to connect disciplines in a way that informs stronger decisions earlier. Our model is deliberately lean: focused where possible, deep where it matters, and free from unnecessary layers or complexity.

Goo Collective operates as one team. We are not transactional advisors, nor do we step away once advice is given. We remain engaged, standing behind our work and sharing accountability through to delivery. Independence is central to how we operate - free from supplier or contractor influence, our advice is objective, considered, and grounded in what is right for the client.

Everything we do is measured by outcomes. Not activity, scale, or volume — but the quality, confidence, and longevity of the result. That commitment to shared ownership is what defines the Collective and underpins the trust our clients place in us.

// ORIGINS

I believe performance is not just about numbers - it is about people. It is about uniting talent, vision, and expertise to achieve remarkable things that drive organisations and their people forward. In a world that can feel increasingly fragmented, my mission is to bring clarity, connection, and confidence to leaders and teams so they can create outcomes that matter - for their business, for their people, and for the communities around them.

Over the past 25 years, I have worked across four continents, sixteen countries, and more than twenty-three cities, guiding organisations through moments of transformation. I have led businesses at scale, delivered billions in value, and helped teams navigate the complexity of high-value opportunities.

What I’ve learned is simple: when you simplify the complex and align people around a clear vision, you unlock progress that lasts.

goo is where this belief becomes practice. Through consultancy, coaching, and enablement, I work with organisations to rethink how they perform, how they engage, and how they partner with their customers. The aim is not only stronger results, but stronger organisations - built on confidence, clarity, and a sense of shared purpose.

Beyond business, my work has always been about impact. I have advanced diversity, equity, and inclusion; spoken on global stages about leadership and change; and supported initiatives that blend commercial success with social good. I believe organisations today carry a responsibility far greater than financial profit - they have the power to create environments where people belong, thrive, and drive meaningful change.

My focus is consistent: to connect performance with purpose, to transform complexity into clarity, and to help organisations and individuals see that progress is always possible - when people come together with vision and intent.
